Our shipping practice areas include legal issues required to vessels from shipbuilding to be scrapped, namely shipbuilding contract, ship finance, sale and purchase agreement, charter agreement, B/L, salvage, registration of vessels and/or mortgages on vessels, ship insurance, correction of claims against vessels and protection therefrom, legal procedures of attachment etc. of vessels, litigations and arbitrations relating to maritime affairs.
